How We Work


Villa and palace gardens fail for one of two reasons: the planting cannot take the climate, or the drawings never survive contact with the site. Keeping design and delivery in one studio removes both risks.


Zoning the plot: we divide the ground into arrival, family, and guest zones before a single line is drawn.

How We Work


A pool is a structure that has to hold water for decades, and most pool failures trace back to waterproofing rushed or approvals skipped. We run the whole build in-house.


Site assessment and 3D design: we measure the garden, test the ground, and render the pool and planting before a permit is filed.

Approvals and NOCs: Dubai Municipality permits, DEWA connections, and master-developer NOCs, cleared by our team.

Excavation and shell: steel reinforcement and a gunite concrete shell poured to the design, then cured properly.

Waterproofing and plumbing: membranes tested, and filtration, cooling, and lighting run in before a single tile is set.

Tiling and finishing: ceramic, natural stone, or Italian glass mosaic, laid clean to the waterline.

Poolside landscaping and handover: decking, planting, and lighting completed so the pool opens into a finished garden.
