Designing the Diwaniya

No room carries more meaning in a Kuwaiti home, so we give the diwaniya a commission of its own. Our diwaniya interior design covers the men's and women's rooms, the low custom seating that runs the walls, the warm evening light that suits hours of talk, and the sound and entrance separation that keeps guests and family comfortably apart. Classical or Contemporary

Kuwaiti taste runs a long spectrum, and we design the length of it. On one end sits the warmth of a traditional interior: gilded detail, deep colour, marble underfoot, chandeliers overhead. On the other, the palette turns to sand, clay, and taupe, with linen, stone, and pale wood, the look many younger families bring home from years spent abroad. The layout logic holds either way, and the surfaces follow the family's eye.
