Designed to the layout. A Garden Hall villa turns on its double-height lounge; a Master View home on its floor-to-ceiling glass and balconies — we design each to the strength its layout gives it.

Across six architectural styles and three villa layouts, our work covers every home on the islands:

The Mansions: the secluded enclave of larger homes, given the grander, more bespoke treatment they invite.

Townhouse interiors: the community's newer townhouses near the Pavilion, dressed for modern family living.

Villa renovation: the original villas reworked — opened layouts, new kitchens and bathrooms, and a finish that lets the lake lead.

Lakeside living: the terrace, the pool, and the garden shaped to face the water and the sunset.

How We Work

One studio takes your villa from first sketch to finished home. Our process runs:

Reading the villa: we study your layout — Garden Hall, Master View, or Entertainment Foyer — and how the lake sits against it.

Drawing it up: floor plans and photoreal 3D views to refine and approve before building starts.

Specifying the build: full technical drawings and finish schedules, prepared to Dubai Municipality code.

Running the site: our team overseeing joinery, stone, and finishing through installation.

Handing you the keys: the villa dressed and checked, ready for the family to settle in.

Jumeirah Islands was built in six architectural characters, and we design the inside to match:

European: classical proportion, moldings, and marble for a formal lake villa.

Mediterranean: arches, warm stone, and terracotta opening to the water.

Islamic: mashrabiya, geometric detail, and a grand majlis in the regional tradition.

Oasis and Tropical: natural timber, greenery, and a relaxed, resort-like calm.
