Life Around the Lakes

Apartments · Penthouses · Offices

Facing the Marina from the quieter side of Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Lake Towers rings four man-made lakes with some eighty towers — a district that works as hard as it lives, founders and firms on the business floors, residents in the apartments above, the whole of it mirrored in the water each evening. Interior design in JLT answers two briefs at once: the home that looks out over the lakes, and the office that means to impress.

Algedra is an interior design and fit-out company in Jumeirah Lake Towers, shaping apartments, penthouses, and workspaces from plan to handover. Book a design consultation to begin.

The lake is the outlook. Living rooms, bedrooms, and desks are set toward the water and the tower line, with the glazing kept clear and the layout turned to the view.

A home or an office, each done properly. We fit out both, and since a family apartment and a Grade-A workspace ask for different things, we give each its own treatment.

Value that shows where it counts. JLT rewards a careful hand, so we spend on the surfaces you touch and see — stone, joinery, lighting — and keep the rest sensible.

What We Design

From a lakeside studio to a headquarters floor, our scope covers the district:

Apartment interiors: studio-to-four-bedroom homes along the lakes, the full build set out on our apartment design in Dubai page.

Penthouse interiors: the upper-floor and duplex units in the taller clusters, with the city-wide range on our penthouse interior design in Dubai page.

Office fit-out: Grade-A workspaces for the district's firms, from a single floor to a headquarters — detailed on our office interior design in Dubai page.

Renovation and refresh: tired first-generation apartments and offices brought up to date end to end.

Short-let furnishing: investor units furnished to let well in a competitive building.

How We Work

A tower project runs smoothly when the stages are clear and the building's rules are met early:

Survey and brief: we measure the unit, note the aspect onto the lakes, and agree the brief with you.

Concept and render: layout, palette, and photoreal images to sign off before anything is ordered.

Technical set: drawings, joinery, and schedules prepared for the cluster's requirements.

Build and approvals: trades run and cleared through the building's management.

Styling and keys: furniture and the final layer placed, the space ready to use.

Choose Your Style

JLT suits a clean, current luxury, and our work spans:

Urban Contemporary: crisp volumes, pale stone, and metal accents for a sharp city home.

Soft Scandinavian: light oak, wool, and a calm palette for an easy lakeside apartment.

Executive Classic: walnut, leather, and marble for an office that carries authority.

Lakeside Calm: watery blues, linen, and natural textures tuned to the view.

Bold Monochrome: black, white, and a single rich accent for a confident statement.

Where We Design

MBL Residence and Armada. The landmark residential towers of the upper clusters.

Goldcrest Views and Lake Terrace. Lake-facing apartments with the district's best outlook.

Saba, Bonnington, and Dubai Star. Mixed residential-and-office towers at the heart of JLT.

Almas Tower and the business clusters. The free-zone offices and headquarters floors.

The lower clusters, A to X. Family apartments and renovations throughout the twenty-six clusters.
